Why is healthcare innovation so important to me? 

Having a mother with schizophrenia, a cousin born with a heart condition and three open heart surgeries along with a stroke at the age of four. I understand how important getting great healthcare can be. That's why, I'm so passionate about helping innovate healthcare and ultimately help people live healthier and happier lives!

Through my personal experience, I have seen first hand the lack of tech innovation in healthcare as well as understanding about mental well-being. I have been extremely fortunate to have amazing support and some of the best doctors in the world. I’m a living embodiment of what healthcare innovation can accomplish and know there are many people looking to push the boundaries of how we care for people. 

I'm looking to join a team just as passionate to make the world a healthier and happier place.  So, that moving forward my cousin and people like my mother have the best healthcare possible. 

I'd love to discuss opportunities in this field with you. I am ambitious, resourceful and relentlessly persistent with an extreme hunger to do well. Let's get in touch and work together.

Software is too complicated, too convoluted, and too disconnected. Clinicians spend more time clicking through prompts than checking in on patients, and the quality of care suffers as a result. We are deeply passionate about building a world where software helps to make care safer.


Research & investigate hospital hierarchy to identify decision makers. Understand how and what effect we can have to improve clinical efficiency.

  • Generated business opportunities to drive growth through research and outreach via email, phone, and in-person.

  • Collaborated with a team of engineers, designers,,marketing, and the CEO to execute on product road map to drive growth.

  • Managed, tracked, and reported all campaign activities and results using Salesforce.com.

  • Developed product messaging and brand narratives by researching competitors to better understand challenges.

Clinical Process Management in an easy to use platform, compatible with existing EHR systems.

MISSION: While working at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Stanford Hospital, John was tasked with managing clinical applications with 100+ users and reviewing prospective software for hospital leadership. Through this experience and years of collecting user feedback, John identified four major shortcomings in the healthcare analytics software available in the market.

So, Mike and John built a new software system, FIXXER™, that will revolutionize hospital analytics and address the four shortcoming in the market to Make care safer.


My goal was to redesign the website and begin implementing and designing initial Marketing Campaigns and materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOMPLISHMENTS 

  • Executed a complete redesign of the website including graphics, logo, marketing materials and case studies.

  • Managed the entire content process, from brainstorming and pitching through writing, editing, and producing, and ultimately analyzing marketing campaigns via Google Analytics.

  • Researched  and implemented strategies based on current market trends to find influencer sponsors who had a relevant audience base.

  • Create pitch deck and Marketing collateral to win customers.

My goal was to proactively find new marketing and business development channels to facilitate revenue growth as well as brand awareness and measure viability against KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOMPLISHMENTS 

  • Worked directly with CEO, Growth lead, and Operations team to create new marketing content to lead new product launch initiatives.

  • Managed four external and internal creatives to coordinate asset creation generating over 8,000 views.

  • Tested and analyzed  of first YouTube AdWord campaigns via Mixpanel and Google Analytics.

  • Generated both warm and cold leads for affiliate marketing opportunities.

  • Improved email view rate by 36% to drive affiliate outreach.

  • Coordinated social media, events & promotion efforts with external social and creative teams.

Mission: Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the Clinical Supervisor with clinical assessments as needed.  Additionally, I was responsible for training new therapists and having them shadow my cases.

  • Day-to-day teaching and tactical analysis related to development of social, speech, motor and communication skills.

  • Answered inquiries and demands from management and third parties on highly delicate cases and patients.

Why History?

RESEARCH

It taught me the ability to execute the type of meticulous analysis that product and user research requires. I implement my history research methodology to everything I do. It allows me to gain a profound understanding of a situation as a whole, distinguish aspects of fundamental importance, and classify areas that require the most attention.

WRITING & COMMUNICATION

Those endless research hours were followed by countless hours of writing, re-writing, proofreading, and editing papers. As a result, I obtained robust writing and storytelling skills.  All this practice also expanded my ability to speed-read and write quality papers in short time. And as any great entrepreneur knows, the tech landscape is always changing. So, having the ability to process information and be able to create content quickly is a must.

A BIG PICTURE UNDERSTANDING

I learned that knowing why something happened, and understanding what it means is extremely important.  And that’s one of the crucial aspects of building a strategy. It's one thing to know what results are producing.  It's altogether a different thing to know why your strategies are producing those results and understanding what they mean for your product strategy overall.
